Why do people lie?

Why do people lie?

If you ask me or I ask you why do people lie , you nor I will be able to give you a reasonable answer, because neither of us know.

I am not a big fan of lies because to me if I’m not worth the truth, why am I worth lies?

I think people lie because they are afraid that the truth might hurt the next person. I have another question for you, one that my English teacher once asked us: “Do you prefer to be comforted with a lie or hurt by the truth? ”. Many of us answered: “hurt by the truth” even I did, but that is not what we really want. Sometimes we can see the truth but we don’t want to accept it. Most of us even gives in quickly after we hear the: “I’m sorry” words. That’s the mistake we make.

 

I don’t know about you but I rather prefer the truth than lies. I am a huge fan of the word honesty , because honesty build trust.

Even we lie, I know I’ve lied to people before. I have learned my lesson after I was lied to. So every time I want to lie I think of that day when I was lied to and how I felt. You should do that to the next time you think about lying.

Learn to say thank you

We intend to forget to say thank you after receiving a gift or something from someone.

Many times in my life have I been even more thankful when I get a thank you back after giving someone something. What have you as a person got to lose only to say thank you… nothing. The other day I came across something, something that I will take to my grave. While I was standing in line to pay something at one of the shops till, I found a homeless man saying thank you five times for only receiving a R1. And I thought to myself some of us even doesn’t say thank you when we receive from our parents. I have learned in life whatever you have received from someone always say thank you, who knew maybe in the future you’ll need something but because  you didn’t say thank you that person might just feel like not giving or helping you out again.

Next time people say thank you it might feel unimportant to you but to them it might just put a smile on their faces.

New year's wishes

I don’t know if it’s right to call it new year traditions but every new year we make wishes or predictions on how we want this new year must be like, right?

 

I don’t know about you but the wish that I make at the beginning of the year I never get, because I don’t wish right. We all make wishes, wishes we all want to come true but I think most of our wishes that we make are unrealistic. Some of us wish to go on a date with their crush but then we don’t even make an effort for it to happen we leave it all up to the wish to make everything happen… see what I mean. We wish wrong. Instead of wishing for a date with your crush, wish for a conversation first. I don’t know how you wish or what you wish for, but next time make sure you wish for something realistic. Who knows it can become a reality sooner than you thought.

Welcome back

Welcome back

Well as you know I haven’t post a blog post in months now. I had a bit of life struggle but I am back for good. It was my readers, you that changed my mind of coming back again. I am back with full of new ideas and stories I want you all to read so if you gaved up on reading my blog, please don’t judge and start reading again. I only write the truth and I tell it like it is whether u agree with my opinions or not and if you don’t please comment and tell me why you don’t, because I just love to debate. We are only humans some of us have learned the hard way in life some didn’t , but your day will come if not you are lucky.

Last time I check we all survived Judgement day lol, so let’s not waste our time here on earth. Let’s live like there are no tomorrow, or what do you say

Mindset

Mindset!

The key to success lies in your mind, you just have to learn how to open the doors.

What do we know about this? It might sound strange now, but it is really something one should take note of. Mindset lies within your mind. How you think of things, how you respond to things etc.

 Now I believe that you can make everything happen once you set your mind to it. Your mind is the most powerful thing, but don't forget about your tongue. We intend to think negative things because we don't believe in ourselves. I had someone told me the other day... he had already failed, so i told him you did fail yes but you just failed one part of your life the others are still waiting to be succeed! I don't know how I do it but I like to do things with a positive mindset! Makes me feel more in charge of something that I have no knowledge over. But yet I find myself doing the best that I can because I always promise myself not to let me down! I know its hard to get back to where you were. I have been there, probably going there again in life because nobody is perfect! What I want to leave with you today is everything is possible once you set ya mind to it! You alone can decide where you want to end up in this word.

A new beginning !

Damn! I haven't posted anything in a long time now. If I can remember my last post was a month ago. Well the thing is I got distracted. Let me say i let things get into my mind , which normally never happens to me because I always have things under control. It once again shows us that in our lifetime life will hit us , but it doesn't matter how hard life it us... what matter is how well you rise after that.

News from my side to you... nothing much, I am just glad I have made my choice. For a few moments in my life I thought of just deactivating my blog but then a few people asked me how is the blog going I don't get any new notifications, then I realized that people actually care and reads it... which feels amazing.
Last night my heart was so touched by someone whom asked me to guide him through a rough situation. I was very surprised because I wasn't that close to this person. Although I knew a lot of things about him.I did my best motivating him. And he actually appreciated what I did, which got me thinking why stop with what I am doing when I can touch someone's heart by only simple words that I say. I always mean everything that I say and people learn a lot by it. So here i am again, back on track. If you feel alone I am here for you!
